Our policy on returns, refunds, and data quality resolution for Openda orders.

Segmed is committed to delivering data that meets your specifications. Our ordering process includes multiple review checkpoints (metadata previews and image samples) so you can verify quality before committing.
Before your order: The metadata review step exists to prevent issues. If samples don’t meet your criteria, let us know before placing your final order.
After delivery: If you receive data that does not match agreed specifications, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@segmed.ai. We’ll investigate and work to resolve, which may include data replacement or credit toward a future order.
What’s not covered: Because medical imaging data is licensed (not sold), and the metadata review allows thorough pre-purchase evaluation, refunds are handled case-by-case. We encourage full use of the metadata review step before finalizing.
