Agreement to Terms

By requesting and downloading the DBT-2025 dataset (or referred as Segmed × iMerit Breast Cancer Dataset), you (“User”) agree to the following:

1. Non-Commercial Research Only

The dataset may be used solely for non-commercial, academic, or educational research purposes. Any commercial use requires a separate written agreement with Segmed, Inc.

2. No Re-Identification

The dataset is fully de-identified. User shall not attempt to re-identify any individual, nor combine this dataset with other data for that purpose.

3. Data Security

User will store the dataset securely and restrict access to authorized personnel only.

‍

4. Citation Requirement

Any publication, presentation, or derivative work that uses this dataset must cite:

DBT-2025, 2025 release, Segmed Inc. and iMerit Technology Services.

‍

5. No Redistribution

User may not redistribute, share, or repost the dataset. Colleagues must request access via the official application process.

‍

6. No Warranty

The dataset is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Segmed and iMerit disclaim liability for damages arising from its use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
