Overview

Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing leadership team to execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. The role spans content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.

Because Segmed operates internationally and serves clients primarily in the U.S. healthcare and AI ecosystem, this position requires advanced or fluent English communication skills and the ability to create high-quality content for a global professional audience.

Key Responsibilities


Content & Thought Leadership

• Manage and execute Segmed’s content calendar across blog, website, and social media channels

• Draft and edit blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content related to healthcare data, medical imaging, and AI

• Support the development of white papers, case studies, and marketing collateral

• Repurpose long-form content into social media and digital marketing assets


Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and manage social media activities (with emphasis on LinkedIn)

• Create posts, graphics, and promotional materials for digital channels

• Monitor engagement and optimize content performance


Lead Generation & Campaign Support

• Support marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads

• Assist in the execution of email campaigns, webinars, and digital promotions

• Maintain landing pages and marketing forms


Creative Production

• Create visual assets and marketing materials (presentations, social media graphics, infographics)

• Support sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and one-pagers

• Ensure brand consistency across marketing outputs


Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign and marketing performance metrics

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with company priorities

• Support marketing initiatives across global partnerships and events


Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications

• Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) with strong professional writing skills

• Experience creating marketing content (blogs, social media, marketing materials)

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, AI, or data-driven industries

• Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation

• Design capabilities (Canva, Figma, Adobe or similar tools)

• Familiarity with marketing platforms (CRM, Hubspot Marketing, CMS and analytics platforms), AI for marketing operations is a plus

• Interest in healthcare innovation, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence
