I joined the Segmed team on October 26, 2022. Prior to joining Segmed I worked as a Customer Success Manager for a genetic testing company. I have also worked in the past in Customer Operations roles for a flu vaccine manufacturer, generic pharmaceutical distributor and a medical device company.

My day to day will be working with the customer team on customer projects, as well as collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams to solve problems.

I was born in Philadelphia and moved to southeastern Virginia (Norfolk/Virginia Beach area) when I was 4. I lived in southeastern Virginia until I was 16 and then moved to southern New Jersey, where I lived for 10 years. I then lived in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia for 14 years, before moving to northern Virginia about 6 months ago, where I currently live. My favorite of these places was the Philadelphia area, as I am a native of this area, and still have many relatives that live there.

I enjoy doing a number of things in my free time. Among these items are studying and improving my knowledge of Spanish, Polish and Russian. I also enjoy getting some exercise on the weekends, especially on Saturday, either by running or by kicking around a soccer ball. I also enjoy spending time with my younger brothers and parents, who live close by.
